About Your Inspection

From foundation to finish, nothing is overlooked.

During Your Inspection

Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Fair Winds Home Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call. As your certified home inspector, I will provide a clear, detailed explanation of the findings and inform you as much as you want to learn about the property. I strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After Your Inspection

I will explain the general condition of the home and its systems to you and your agent. I’ll talk through any major issues that should be addressed sooner rather than later, as well as point out items to keep an eye on for future maintenance. All of this will be detailed in an easy-to-read Spectora report, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. In that report, you’ll see everything we discussed, complete with images for reference.
